The first page of the Order Form is where you, the purchaser, fills in your BILLING information.
Whether this order is being sent to you, or as a gift to someone else, please fill in the billing information that
corresponds to the credit card being used. This data MUST be verifiable!
We will correspond to this person should we encounter difficulties, and eMail confirmation
to the eMail address provided here.
The Order Form; Shipping Address:
The second page of the Order Form is where alternate shipping information is disclosed. Whether your order is shipping
to yourself at an alternate address, or to someone else, please enter this information here. If you clicked on "Use this
address as the shipping address" on page 1, the Shipping Address (page 2) will not appear. Note: For Priority shipments,
phone numbers are mandatory.
The Order Form; Gift Information:
Would you like a FREE gift card included with your parcel, or your GUND item gift packaged in a glossy GUND gift bag?
Bear St. will send packages either gift packaged ($5US) or with only a gift card (FREE).
If you would like it gift packaged, please click the checkbox as prompted. If you would like a FREE gift card enclosed,
please write your personalized message in the field provided.
The Order Form; Shipping Options:
Bear St. offers three (3) levels of service within North America (Regular, Priority, and FedEx Express) and two (2)
Internationally (Regular, FedEx Express). Please click the option desired. FedEx Express is a Quotation based service only
and must be requested on the final Ordering page (comments). For details on FedEx service, please see our Shipping page.
The Order Form; Order Summary:
The Order Summary page details your order as it has been input. To change any quantities or items, please click on
the 'Return to Shopping Bag' link. All quantities and items must be correct prior to entering the Order Form.
The Order Form; Payment Information:
You have two options here.
1. If you would like to order using a credit card,
simply fill in your credit card number (AMX, VISA or MasterCard please), the expiry date, and your name as it appears on your card.
2. If you would like to send Bear St. a check or international money order, please
click on the 'Check/Money Order' button. Upon submitting your order, your eReceipt
will provide you with complete remittance information as well as terms and conditions. Bear St. accepts checks and
money orders in US$ (U.S. residents and international clients) and CAD$ (Canadian residents).
The Order Form; Bear Away:
If you would like your GUND on BearAway (Installment Program), please click on the checkbox as shown, and our staff will
eMail you to work out your schedule.
Note: Minimum order value $75US to participate; payments indicated online are only suggestions
The Order Form; Submit Order:
This the final page of the Bear St. Ordering System. If you have any comments, suggestions, or special requests (such as a FedEx Express
Quote), please indicate these in the field provided. If your request is complete, please click on the 'Submit Order' button and await
your eReceipt. Please review your eReceipt, and print this information out for your records. Should any errors or omissions have
occurred, please report these immediately to our staff.
