For cash/check orders, an in-house credit will be applied. For credit card orders, a credit will be issued to the credit card the original charge was applied to. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable.

Reminder: Shipping, gift wrapping, and administration fees are non-refundable. Reimbursement of taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
