Shipping Information

Standard shipping to the USA and Canada
Standard shipping: $9US ($9CAD) per order regardless of order content.
Delivery timeframe: approx. 1-3 weeks.
- Certain oversized shipments may incur additional fees. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
- Address correction/rerouting fee: $15US (as imposed by carrier).

Priority shipping to the USA and Canada
Priority shipping: $19US ($19CAD) per order.
Delivery timeframe: approx. 4-8 business days (varies by geographical location).
Expedited Mail is Bear St's primary priority carrier.
- Certain oversized Priority shipments may incur additional fees. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
- Address correction/rerouting fee: $15US (as imposed by carrier).

International
International Standard shipping: Add 75% (min $12US)
International Postal Mail is our standard shipping method (additional charges may apply) and your order will arrive in approximately 6 weeks not including Customs clearance.
- Duties/taxes/importation fees may be applicable to your order and are levied upon arrival into your country. All fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Bear St. does not collect duties/taxes/importation fees and cannot predict what these charges may be. If levied, these fees must be rendered in order for your parcel to clear customs.
- Gift packaging is not recommended for international shipments due to Customs Clearance and inspection.
- For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
- Oversized parcels will be adjusted to reflect actual freight charges; confirmation/acceptance of said charges will be required.

FedEx Express
FedEx Express service is available to most addresses. Please inquire about rates; FedEx Express service starts at $70US within the US and Canada. If you request this service, it is our policy to provide a quotation and receive acceptance of the rate and your digital signature prior to shipping. All FedEx Express requests and subsequent confirmations must be received prior to 10:00am MST in order to ship the same day. We will then provide you with your FedEx Express tracking number so you can keep tabs on your parcel using FedEx's Web Site.

Should you have your own FedEx Express account, please leave your nine-digit account number AND corresponding account name in a 'Comments' field. We will have the freight charges billed directly to you; there will be no delays in sending your parcel out.

Note:
- Items that make any noise/music/sound whatsoever may not be shipped via FedEx Express.
- Address correction/rerouting fee: $6US (as imposed by carrier).

International FedEx Shipments
All international FedEx shipments must have the FedEx freight charges billed directly to the customers FedEx account. Please leave your nine-digit account number AND corresponding account name in the Order Form 'Comments' field if you wish to utilize this service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates based on the carrier recommendations for which we do not exercise control over, and therefore are not guaranteed.
