Squeezies Exchange/Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

At Squeezies, most items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. The primary exception is for pillows, which due to sanitary issues are not returnable. For any exchanges, we ask that the items have all of the original tags attached and are in the same condition as you received it in. Please note that it is mandatory to complete and submit an Online Exchange Form to us. Should you wish for your item to be returned versus exchanged, a 20% restocking fee is applicable. Unauthorized returns and exchanges are also subject to the 20% restocking fee. Please note that items may not be exactly as shown, while we photograph most of the items you see, these pictures serve as graphical representations only and may appear different on different monitors.
